BurnCo Barbeque started with a fire and a philosophy. Adam Myers brought his years of experience at Tulsa's renowned Hasty-Bake Charcoal Grills. Robby Corcoran brought more than a decade of restaurant know-how. Together, they launched BurnCo in January 2011 with a singular focus: cook real food over a real fire, and make it the best they possibly can.
Every single item on the BurnCo menu comes off a Hasty-Bake charcoal grill — there are no stove tops, no ovens, and no frying pans in the building. Meats are trimmed and smoked fresh daily. Coleslaw is cut by hand. When local ingredients are available, BurnCo uses them. The result is a backyard BBQ flavor that Jenks regulars have been lining up for since the doors first opened.
BurnCo's Canadian bacon is so good that other local restaurants buy it from them. And the Fatty — bratwurst, hot links, and smoked sausage, encased in ground sausage and wrapped in bacon — has earned a devoted following of its own. Open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch, with catering and event planning for everything from backyard cookouts to corporate events and weddings. Public servant discounts offered.
