Jenks Public Radio, Inc. ("JenksFM," "we," "us," or "our") operates the community radio station KOKT-LP 90.1 FM and the website located at JenksFM.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, use our live stream, or interact with our programs.

JenksFM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We do not sell advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

The JenksFM Student Spotlight is a permanent scholarship archive program. If you or your student participates, we collect the student's name, graduating class year, activities, college plans, and the recorded interview audio. This information is published permanently on JenksFM.com as part of the archive.

Because Student Spotlight participants may include minors, we require written parental or guardian consent before recording or publishing any content. Consent forms are provided at the time of scheduling. FERPA considerations apply to any student information received from Jenks Public Schools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve JenksFM.com and our broadcast programming
  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Process donations and send donation acknowledgments
